The Eternal Flame
That burns in me, that spark of life that keeps me going!
Keeps me Breathing, keeps my heart beating, my pulse pounding.
No matter what is encountered, no matter how good, or bad.
No matter how low I get, even in times when the darkest of dark thoughts surface, the eternal flame keeps me going, keeps me alive.
That great eternal flame, that spark inside of me, is also inside of You!
Don’t give up, don’t give in, no matter how dark things may appear, remember me!
We are all connected in some way, whether we know each other or not! We are all connected. Connected by the Eternal Flame. It burns in each of us! Connecting each of us to one another and it keeps us through the lows, and steadies us through the highs!
When things seem dark, and hopeless, remember…
We are all connected and we all need each other.
These dark times will pass, the clouds will clear, and the sun will shine down!
I’m not sure why I’m writing this, or why it needs to be written! Yet, that eternal flame leads me to write it so You can read it! Proving! You are not alone!
We are all connected and need each other! Hang on a little while longer. Give it another little while. Just wait till tomorrow! The clouds will lift!
