Recognizing and Recovering From My Electrolyte Imbalance!
I honestly think I’ve had an Electrolyte Imbalance for a Long Time!
So, for a long time, years in fact, I’ve been my own Primary Health Provider! I know, by today’s standards that sounds absolutely absurd! It’s in part because it’s very difficult to get a Doctor here in Nova Scotia and partly because I’ve seen years of abuse, mistreatment, and neglect from our Western Medical Community!
When I was 12 I knew I had an Ulcer! I knew what I was feeling, what was going on in my life, and what was going on in my Body! However, it took 6 months of suffering and misdiagnoses before our Family Doctor would admit it! After getting Him to properly diagnose and admit, “Yes, a 12 Year Old can have an Ulcer and Yes, You have one!” Surprisingly it cleared up in a few months, after proper treatment!
I also had a Dentist try to pull an ulcerated tooth when I was about 5 years old!
I watched my Mom, later in life, suffer unnecessarily because Her Doctor had a 3 Question limit per visit! She always felt rushed, couldn’t get her issues discussed properly and readily dealt with.
I could definitely go on! And On!
The last Doctor I had began very well, He was new to the Province and when I told him how I was feeling, He reached for a Book! He apologized as he did, and said, “This is where Your opinion of me will dip”. I told him, “No! It’s actually when my opinion of him improved!” Here was a Doctor who believed in finding the answers, even if it meant looking it up! Sadly, 10 years later, I told him he’d become a good Nova Scotia Doctor because He’d learned to throw pills at whatever it was, rather than look it up!
I’d had a big operation due to diverticulitis, a blockage, and emergency surgery, and had tons of antibiotics being pumped into me to fight infection and help save my life! Resulting from that, I had developed a rash. I believed the rash, which was not in my crotch, was from yeast infection brought on by antibiotics.
My Doctor told me it wasn’t yeast infection because I didn’t have a vagina!
I told him Men can have Yeast Infections! Especially if they’ve been exposed to large amounts of antibiotics. It also doesn’t have to be on the crotch!
So, that day, my Doctor and I parted and I’ve not had a General Practitioner since!

Although I figured if I tried the product and it didn’t impress me I could just tell my friend I tried it but it wasn’t working for me!
I did get the LivGood Affiliate Membership, just $40 Setup plus $10/month with an easy cancellation policy! It made sense, sort of, because I got a discount on my products.
I probably saved at least half the setup fees on my first order! The $10/month isn’t going to hurt me! Plus if I reorder I’ll save more! So, yeah, the membership made sense for me. Although I could just Order LivGood Products as a Retail Customer.
Anyway, I almost quit the whole thing before my first order arrived! That’s because they ship via DragonFly Delivery and in this area It’s about the worst possible Delivery Company! Purolator, UPS, or Dan Bonnell Trucking all provide much better service. Anyway, after we chased down our first order that DragonFly dropped off at a neighbour’s place, without our permission, we eventually got our products. No offense to our neighbours, they’re great! Just don’t like Dragonfly Delivery because they seem to screw up repeatedly! This time we gave another neighbour’s address, one that’s located on a paved road. The shipment information and updates went well, till DragonFly got it. Once they got it, it took over 30 hours to come the final 130 miles!
Anyway, I digress! This isn’t supposed to be about my lack of a Doctor or adequate Delivery Company! It’s supposed to be about my Electrolyte Imbalance and how I’ve taken steps to improve it! In other words my E3 Experience!
It honestly wasn’t till after I tried the E3 that I discovered what really surprised me!
See, one of the reasons I even ordered it was because a couple months ago I was rammed, literally, by a male sheep! It really impacted my lower left quadrant! Yes, Pun intended!
Having to do two hours of chores, with a sore leg, hip, and busted up knee was taking its toll. My hope was that maybe this “Energy Drink” would help me get through the chores! Honestly, after using this E3 Product a few times, I quickly realized it’s definitely more than just some cheap energy drink! “G” (Gatorade) doesn’t touch this stuff! Course, G is also far more expensive! In fact, I’d say E3 is about 5 Times less expensive! Yet performs so much better!
At first, I noticed it was helping my hip and leg! I really didn’t expect that! I was literally having less pain! It did give me energy as well, but not like a sugar spike!
At first I didn’t even notice my other things changing. I was just so happy to have less pain! I guess, I did sort of notice I was able to sleep better. I didn’t think much about it, just figured it was because I had less pain.
I started to notice a change in my skin. It begun to feel cool to the touch. Almost wet, but in a good way! It was hydrated! I’ve been a profuse sweater for a number of years! Normally if I do any work I sweat profusely. I come home and wring out my shirt!
When I started taking E3 my Sweating stopped! Not altogether of c, but I was no longer needing to wring out my clothes! I also dink a lot of water everyday! Drinking at least 4-6 cups after doing chores just to get hydrated! I quickly noticed I was no longer drinking water like that! I still drink enough water, but don’t have the need, nor compulsion to drink copious amounts!
For as long as I can remember a couple of my weaknesses have been potato chips and dark chocolate. Also bananas, but to a lesser degree. It goes back a long while because I’ve mentioned it to Doctors but no one ever linked it to Electrolytes!
I now don’t have that compulsion any more! I no longer crave chips and dark chocolate! Why didn’t the Doctors catch this years ago!?
I honestly didn’t not know I had any Electrolyte deficiency. Oh, I know, when you’re sick, or over worked, electrolytes can become depleted. Although I had just come to accept my symptoms as part of the aging process.
If so, if it’s all just natural aging, why is it that my symptoms disappeared so quickly?
In fact, and here’s the kicker… I ran out of E3 before my second order arrived! Probably because I started drinking it a couple times a day, and not just the once.
Realize now that I’d only had 30 Servings in my first order. It lasted me roughly 3 to 3-1/2 weeks. Then I was without for a few days. I could feel my old symptoms returning.
Today, when my order arrived, my jaw was aching, I had a headache, and body ache, and it reminded me of how poorly I’ve felt for a very long time! That inspite of already taking well over a $100 in vitamins and supplements each month. High quality, expensive ones, also with great results! Especially when 30 Servings of E3 retails for about $25 and with a membership it’s less than $20. I’m sold! During the time I was drinking this I felt so good!
Then when I ran out, I experienced the symptoms I’d lived with for so long. It was almost debilitating!
Then, today, when I got my order, and took my first glassful, it was only about 20 minutes and my jaw stopped aching, my headache dissipated, and my body started feeling better. I took another glass tonight and now I feel relaxed and am wanting to sleep! So, I’ve gone from thinking of it as an energy drink, to a healthy electrolytes!
It does give energy, and endurance, but it also helps me to sleep by reducing my pain, helping me to relax, and just feel comfortable in my own skin! If you already feel good you should be thankful! However, if You’re like me, or like I was, Just Try E3.
